Purchasing a monthly subscription is convenient and simple. We'll stock you up every month with the best handcrafted organic bar soap. Use it in the bath, shower, by the sink, or share it as gifts with those you love.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of our monthly subscription box is always FREE!
How does my monthly box get delivered to me?
At this time we deliver our boxes through USPS, and your box will be conveniently delivered in your mailbox along with your regular mail. We will always let you know when your monthly box has shipped so you can be watching for it. Our soap ships from our Atlanta facilities and should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after the ship date.
When will I be billed for the monthly box?
When you place your order for the monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first box immediately. You will then be billed on the same date of each following month. Your monthly box will ship around the first of the month.
How do I update my billing?
Updating your billing information is easy! Simply log into your account at Paypal.com
Is it easy to cancel?
Super easy and you can cancel anytime! Just send an email to dyfusionceo@gmail.com and put "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. Make sure to send in your cancellation request before 12 AM Pacific Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE rebilling, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following monthly box.
What if I don't want a subscription?
Not a problem. Every month we'll feature three amazing scents. Come back every month and order as many as you like!
